With a personality that is independent, mysterious, free-spirited, and eccentric, I do not wish to constrain myself to one medium or theme. My work is exploratory by nature, and I like to maintain that sense of freedom as part of my art's structure. My work ranges from drawings and paintings to silkscreen printing and digital art; from abstraction to highly communicative design forms; from natural elements to graphic typography; and from paper origami installations to documentary photography. I love combining my formal graphic design training with my passion for the arts. I create work that is fun, accessible, colorful, beautiful, unique, communicative, conceptual, and experimental. At times, I am drawn to work defined purely by the simplicity and contrast of black and white. At other times, I explore bold color, layered compositions, and three-dimensional abstract forms.
